I am the owner and practitioner at Vivir. My mission is to help you live your best life possible! Pain, discomfort, and a variety of other disharmonies can leave you stuck on the sidelines of your own life. My goal is to work with you so that you can continue to participate in the things that bring you joy. I will work with you to address your primary concern, will help you to identify its root cause, and will help you find ways to avoid it becoming problematic for you again.
